Versadock Components
Manufactured under the exacting standard of ISO 9001:2008
Versadock offers four basic dock float modules that can be assembled in a broad assortment of configurations to create virtually any size or type of floating structure. They are easy to assemble using Versadock’s connecting pins and lug bolts, which are shown on this page. Versadock float modules are blow-molded for strength and consistency. We use a high molecular weight High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). HDPE has been selected for its toughness and durability. We add ultra-violet stabilizers that provides for a very high UV resistance to prevent color fading and material degrading. Our materials comply with food grade standards ensuring that they will not damage the environment and are always safe to use, even in drinking water reservoirs.
Each dock float module is number coded on each corner so that when assembled, the connecting tabs can be readily aligned. A sliding nut is slid onto the lowest tab and the floats are then brought together. A connecting pin or lug bolt is inserted through the tabs and tightened to make a secure connection. The entire assembly is done from the top side so there in never any reason to assemble the dock from in the water. Creating the perfect dock platform is like using building blocks – it’s fun and anyone can do it!

Versadock Single Full Floats
Versadock’s single full float allows the flexibility to configure any desired shape of dock or floating platform. Our unique service channel allows you to run water and/or power lines through you dock and can also be used as a security device linking all the floats together in a secure way.
Dimensions: 19” x 19” x 15.5” (483mm x 483mm x 390mm)
Weight: 14 1bs (6.5kg)

Versadock Double Full Floats
Versadock’s double full float has been designed to increase the stiffness and strength of the dock while reducing the time it takes to assemble. We use some double floats in all of our drive on docks and typically use all double floats in our walking docks and platforms. Like our single full floats, the double float has a unique service channel that allows you to run water and/or power lines through you dock and can also be used as a security device linking all the floats together in a secure way.
Dimensions: 38” x 19” x 15.5” (966mm x 483mm x 390mm)
Weight: 25 1bs (11.5kg)

Versadock V-Floats
Our patented V-Float provides the technology that has revolutionized the drive-on docking market. The V-Float provides for a low point of entry and a keel guidance method that makes drive-on docking safe, easy and trouble free. In most applications, the V-floats are attached in between full floats where they are slightly recessed to create a center channel for the watercraft. The V-Channel cradles the boat to keep it upright and straight.
Our V-Float is reversible so that it can be used flat side up as a single short float where it is flush with the tops of our full floats as well as with our double short floats.
Dimensions: 19” x 19” x 9” (483mm x 483mm x 230mm)
Weight: Weight: 14 lbs (6.5kg)

Versadock Double Short Floats
The double short float has been designed for use typically on kayak, sailboat and rowing docks where a low profile is desired. They can be used by themselves and in conjunction with full floats to create a ramped surface or with V-Floats to create a V Channel. As a working platform it also gives the user the better access to the waterline while still maintaining the excellent stability of all VersaDock products.
Like our full floats the double short float features our unique service channel that allows you to run water and/or power lines through you dock and can also be used as a security device linking all the floats together in a secure way.
Dimensions: 38” x 19” x 9” (966mm x 483mm x 230mm)

Internal Connecting Pin
The internal connecting pin is used for joining modules within the dock area and fill the void where the corners of the floats meet to provide a flat walking surface. This blow-molded pin has a robust thread and unique service and/or security feature. Using a T-handle or Econo tool, the connecting pins are screwed in to nuts which are fixed to the lowest corner tabs of each float and tightly secured to hold the float modules together. The top surface of the pin is textured with a pattern to give to match the pattern of Versadock’s floats.

External Lug Bolts
The external lug bolt is manufactured from hard wearing nylon material and is used to join float modules together around the perimeter of a dock and also to secure the V Channel in drive-on docks.

Sliding Nut
The sliding nut is also made with hard wearing nylon and designed to fit on to the lowest corner tabs of modules that are joined together. It is used to receive both the internal connecting pin and the exterior lug bolt.
